These terms cover use of the Cayamanan public website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. Questions can be sent through our contact page.

Website information is not an automatic agreement

Pages, screenshots, prices, articles, and guides are general information. A submitted form does not create an order, appointment, partner approval, or service commitment. Managed hosting, the Starter Pack, training, custom work, tax, storage, backups, renewal, support, and other final details are confirmed in a separate quotation, order, or written agreement.

Software and open-source terms

The licenses supplied with the Cayamanan software and its source code govern your right to copy, modify, and distribute that software. These website terms do not replace those licenses. Cayamanan includes software derived from and interoperable with Odoo Community. Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A.; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Responsible use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, misuse forms, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate another person's rights or applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy and authority of information you submit.

Accuracy, availability, and compliance

We work to keep the website useful and current, but features, availability, plans, prices, documentation, and links may change. Screenshots use fictional demo data and may not match every installation. The website does not promise uninterrupted availability or that Cayamanan, by itself, satisfies every tax, accounting, employment, privacy, industry, or government requirement. Your organization remains responsible for its configuration, procedures, records, and professional advice.

Intellectual property and outside links

Except for open-source material governed by its own license, website text, design, artwork, and Cayamanan brand material belong to their respective owners. You may link to public pages, but may not suggest an endorsement that has not been approved. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their operators control their own content and practices.

Limits and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a promise that every item will always be complete, error-free, or available, and iBAS Software is not responsible for indirect loss caused only by reliance on public website content. A separate paid-service agreement may provide different commitments and will control for that service. We may update these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version.
